An impressive seventeen physicians on the medical staff of Day Kimball Healthcare (DKH) across a variety of specialties have been named to Connecticut Magazine’s recently published “Top Doctors” list for 2022.

Connecticut Magazine partners with the national re搜索 firm Castle Connolly to distribute surveys to every licensed practicing physician in the state. Ranking is based on a regional peer-review survey. The physicians are asked to nominate specialists who they would recommend to friends and family for treatment. According to the Castle Connolly website, their re搜索 team “thoroughly vets each physician's professional qualifications, 教育, hospital and faculty appointments, 研究领导, professional reputation, disciplinary history and if available, 结果数据. 另外, a physician's interpersonal skills such as listening and communicating effectively, demonstrating empathy, and instilling trust and confidence, are also considered in the review process.” Those receiving the highest rankings are named as the top doctors and represent leading physicians in their respective specialties.
